This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website https://www.ycucumber.com, and applies to the Y Cucumber mobile app including any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related or connected thereto (collectively, the “Mobile App”). This Privacy Policy governs data collection, processing and usage in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (No. 26 of 2012) of Singapore (“PDPA”). Interaction of users
The chatroom feature is available for users to interact within the platform and keep track of the information shared within among users. The sole purpose of the chatroom is to further clarify the terms of services and conditions of engagement as enlisted by the users. Users are responsible for the information they choose to share with other users. Any form of abuse can be held accountable and will not be tolerated by the platform. We do not interfere or monitor with any form of communication within the platform unless a case was reported via the online contact form, which requires the intervention of authorities.

We may use cookies to help us remember and process your information, understand and save your preferences for future visits and compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future.
